After eight years practicing criminal law in Lewis and Grays Harbor Counties, Christine moved to Kitsap County and started her own firm in 2015. Christine's firm has grown to seven staff on a strong reputation for satisfied customers in family law and criminal defense. In her free time, Christine loves driving her convertible and supporting animal welfare by serving on the board of the Kitsap Humane Society.
Associate Attorney
Stephanie is an experienced appellate attorney specializing in public defense. She joined the office two years ago to help fight for parents, children, and anyone accused of a crime. Stephanie has argued cases at all state appellate levels, including before the Washington Supreme Court. She also consults on trial-level criminal and child welfare cases.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a passionate cyclist. She has ridden and raced her bike all over the country and internationally.
Associate Attorney
Leyna helps clients with personal injury, family dependency and CPS cases, and as a public defender representing those facing charges before the Kitsap County District Court.
Leyna is a Bremerton Native, Military Dependent, wife to a Navy Veteran and current PSNS worker, and mother to two toddlers. She is passionate about representing her clients and takes pride in being able to offer exceptional legal services to the members of her community.
Associate Attorney
Cassie joined the firm after four years as a Deputy Prosecutor with Kitsap County. Now she represents clients charged with crimes before Kitsap County Superior Court. Cassie's experience as a prosecutor helps her find the right solution for her clients.
Cassie grew up near Mobile, Alabama and attended the University of
Alabama at Birmingham before getting her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. In the coming year Cassie is excited about attacking pervasive inequities within the justice system and paddleboarding with her pitbull Rudy.
Senior Paralegal
Lacey started with Newbry Law in July of 2019 as our District Court and Family Law Paralegal. She has been a part of the legal community for over a decade with the majority of the time with Kitsap County District Court. Her skill set goes beyond her everyday duties but always includes a smile.
